On my 3rd time at Traditions, I had a noisy muffler on my 2018 Explorer. Instead of replacing the whole exhaust system, they just replaced a small piece that had blown apart. Under $500. They sent me a message on phone with pix detailing the problem. Excellent.

I have been going to traditions for 15 years and have never had an issue. In a world where prices have skyrocketed and no one seems to care it’s the complete opposite at traditions. They are curtious and friendly. They know what they doing. Prices are better than the dealer and the quotes include the tax so no surprises. You look in the shop and its clean and well taken care of and that speaks volumes in my opinion.

I’ve been using Traditions Auto Service for about 10 years and highly recommend them. I’ve used them for both bi-annual health checks on my jeep, as well as urgent repairs. Drop off your car, review the detailed report -with pictures- on the overall health of your vehicle, discuss any issues and work required, then go pick up your vehicle and rest assured that any repairs have been completed properly. I was very nervous about going to a mechanic as a woman with an older vehicle that had an issue which needed immediate attention. Michelle at the counter put me right at ease. She explained everything simply. They did a full vehicle analysis but only recommended certain problems that I should repair for safety reasons and gave me a report regarding other problems to take care of in the future. For almost 13 years Steve, Michelle and their team, kept our various cars safe and well maintained.
